Shipping & Returns

1. What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We currently offer standard shipping through USPS. Delivery times vary depending on your location (generally 3-5 business days). After shipping, we have no control over or contact with the package, as drivers and couriers are responsible for scanning and updating all tracking information.


2. Do you ship internationally?

International shipping isn't available right now, but we're actively working to offer it soon.


3. What is your return and exchange policy?

All products are final sale as they are custom-made to order. If your order arrives defective, we will promptly send a replacement. Please note that refunds, returns, or exchanges are not available.
 

4. How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the carrier's website.


5. What should I do if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement as quickly as possible.

7. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
